Besides, when I bought the second license (single website), I find no means to upgrade the first license (single website) to a five-website license. Actually the cost to buy two single-websites licenses is a bit higher than a five websites license. Do you think I can still upgrade to five-website license now without paying extra?

Sorry I never replied sooner. I think I emailed you directly. This was fixed last week so now it will properly count your licenses if you buy multiple single site licenses or combinations of single and 5 site licenses.
