Hi Alain,
After having looked at your page – it would appear you haven’t set up a language selector- you seem to have set up a page that is English.
If you have a look at three short videos on the homepage and the guide in support it should help you out – short of that, I will go on your site and switch it on for you.

replied 8 years ago Hello i did have the language selector set up but removed it as it was causing problems , what youre looking at is a page that i created until i find another solution to make my store multilingual , you should have received my email regarding a refund.
Unfortunately, the support from this site is way to slow, which is a pity as the program has potential. when support get its act together I may have another look at it but for now it’s not for me.

forgot to mention the menu also disappears when you change pages and have to refresh page for menu to re-appear
did you solve your issues?
