I am looking to purchase Multilingualizer for my Zoho Sites which is at https://www.icongroupthailand.com but was wondering how it would work for Zoho Desks (https://www.zoho.com/desk/) which is at https://support.icongroupthailand.com/

I’m unsure. I tried googling a lot to see if I could find a way to upload JavaScript to Zoho Desks. It may well be possible as there’s a whole extension marketplace.
What you need to check for is if there’s any way of adding your own custom JavaScript – this could be even through a Google Analytics JavaScript section. I don’t have a Desks account so I can’t check myself, but I’d be happy to help you.
