Questions & AnswersCategory: QuestionsMultilingualizer in squarespace works perfectly everywhere except the client’s Mac laptop! OS version 10.9.5 in chrome. any ideas?

Have you seen this issue before? Instead of showing one language at a time I'm seeing both with the dots. This is in Chrome on a laptop running OS 10.9.5. We've tried refreshing. I tried switching from the floating language switcher to regular buttons in the menu. Nothing seems to work yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Do you think updating the OS would make a difference?
The site is www.lampilampa.com
if you go to www.lampilampa.com/home you can enter with the password.
Otherwise I'm really happy with it!
Thanks.

Hi Jenny, I’ve logged into your website and it’s working perfectly on my laptop which is running Mac OS 10.13.3. So I’d recommend updating the OS and see if that helps.

Either your client has JavaScript switched off in their browser, or they have some conflicting Chrome extension (not aware of any though), or they are logged in as admin to your site and this is why they are seeing both languages.
